Movement and Positioning
WASD or arrow keys move your character within and around the kiosk. Efficient positioning reduces travel time between the grill, ingredient stations, CCTV monitor, and serving window. Experienced players stand centrally when idle so they can reach any station within one or two key presses. During the 2 AM Inspection, practice the path from your usual position to the back door so you can exit within seconds of the red lighting trigger.
Camera Management
Mouse movement controls camera rotation. Smooth, deliberate camera movement prevents accidentally looking at the Faceless Man's void or glancing upward during dripping liquid events. When serving the Faceless Man, lock your camera angle toward the counter surface before pressing E to interact. When evacuating for dripping liquid, keep the mouse steady and your view horizontal.
CCTV Workflow on PC
The CCTV monitor interaction uses E to toggle between Camera 1, Camera 2, and night vision modes. Develop a rhythmic check pattern: approach monitor, E to Camera 1, E to night vision, E to Camera 2, E to night vision, return to window. This four-toggle sequence becomes automatic with practice and is detailed in our CCTV detection guide.
Shutter Response Time
The shutter button to the left of the door is your emergency response for dangerous anomalies. On PC, move from CCTV to shutter using WASD while keeping your right hand near the mouse for camera adjustments. Do not spam E during panic — misclicking interact on the wrong object wastes critical seconds.
