Mishandling any event adds errors to your count or triggers instant death, making event knowledge as critical as anomaly identification.
Events occur independently of your customer serving quota. You might be mid-order when the meat begins moaning, or approaching your final customer when the clock hits 2:00 AM and the Inspection begins. Maintaining awareness of both customer threats and environmental events separates successful shifts from failed ones.
Event Categories
Scheduled events like the 2:00 AM Inspection happen every shift at a predictable time. Watch the digital clock on the right side of your counter. Random environmental events like moaning meat, dripping liquid, and the Watcher can trigger at any point during your shift. Seasonal events like Valentine's Cupidon appear during special updates.

Trigger: Occurs at approximately 2:00 AM every shift. A driverless car pulls up, kiosk lighting turns red.
Response: Exit through the back door immediately. Face away from the kiosk. Do not look back, check CCTV, or look at the Inspector until lighting returns to normal.
Consequences: Looking back triggers the Erased Ending. Failing to exit can end your run instantly.
