Looking at the Faceless Man's void or failing special customer protocols can also count. Five total mistakes trigger the Employee Neutralized Ending.
Ending Thresholds
0 mistakes: Perfect Ending path. 1-4 mistakes: Unstable Ending. 5 mistakes: Employee Neutralized Ending with The Inspector fully emerging. Use this tracker alongside in-game visual cues — the growing meat mass between the fridge and meat station — for accurate error awareness.
